The launch meeting took place in Bath just before Christmas in 2006. The project, its aims and objectives were presented in full to the partners from Bulgaria, Iceland, Latvia and Portugal together with a presentation of budget, finance keeping and the intended training scheme. Robin Godfrey from the British Chambers of Commerce gave an exhausting presentation of the ECR scheme in the UK and the successful work the BCC has undertaken in cooperation with other countries in the European Union.
