The fourth consortium meeting confirmed that part of the major tasks had now been completed. The training of consultants was coming to an end and the scheme management was beginning. The project as a whole was on time and the partners were happy with the results so far. This meeting focused on the budget together with preparing and presenting finances. Moreover, as half of the project time had now passed the more serious issues of marketing results and outcomes was high on the agenda.
