This was the fifth consortium meeting and the first in 2008. It was also the last meeting before the big International Dissemination in Lisbon. As planned the dissemination event was discussed at length. No fixed date was set due to the full agenda of VIPs and speakers except for the month; October 2008. It was agreed that all countries partaking in the scheme of ECLAT project should have the opportunity to speak to present how the scheme has been greeted in their region, how companies have reacted and what is expected for the future.
